No. The materials are designed to be intuitive and accessible for both families and educators. Many activities work through sorting, matching, observation and autonomous exploration.

Each material includes an indicative age recommendation.

Yes. Once purchased, you can reprint the material for personal and educational use within the family or school environment.

It is highly recommended to extend the lifespan of the materials and make them easier for the child to handle.

Files are high-resolution PDFs, ready to print in A4 or letter size. Each material includes printing instructions within the document itself.

As the materials are digital and delivered immediately, refunds cannot be issued once the download link has been sent.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us directly and we will resolve it.

Any domestic colour printer works. For best results, we recommend 120–160 g/m² paper and setting the printer to high quality.

The materials are for personal use or within a single educational setting. They are not authorised for redistribution, modification or resale.

The materials have been designed respecting the writing conventions used in each language and in the regions where they are typically taught.

In the case of Spanish and French, cursive writing does not follow exactly the same pedagogical models. The cursive used in North America, Central America and South America differs from the one traditionally taught in Europe. For this reason, the Spanish and French materials use writing styles adapted to the educational references of each language.

As for English, the materials are mainly inspired by American English. Currently, in much of the United States, cursive writing is used far less than in previous generations, and teaching tends to favour script-style writing (print manuscript). For this reason, the English materials have been adapted to this educational reality to offer resources consistent with the most common practices in American schools.

Our goal is for every child to find materials aligned with the writing models they will typically encounter in their educational environment.

Once payment is made and the desired time slot booked (considering Paris time), you will receive the Google Meet connection link by email.

For in-person sessions, a document with all the practical information and necessary specifications is sent in advance.

The first session is a diagnostic session. Both the child and parents take part in order to:

Yes. At the beginning of each month, a planning is sent with:

• monthly objectives
• topics to work on
• planned activities

And at the end of the month, a report is shared with:

• observed progress
• work carried out
• pedagogical observations

Yes. Collaboration with families is an important part of the process, especially to better understand the child's needs and create continuity between sessions and daily life.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are free of charge. Beyond this deadline, the session is considered as having taken place and remains due, except in duly justified cases of force majeure (art. 13 of the Terms).

Payment is made online at the time of booking. The main credit and debit cards are accepted securely.

The ideal frequency varies depending on the child. In general, a weekly or fortnightly session helps maintain continuity and observe progressive improvements.

The initial session is strongly recommended for new students, as it allows for an in-depth understanding of the child and the design of a personalised work plan.

Without it, it is difficult to adapt the support effectively from day one.
