02. Writing a postcard
Discover writing as a meaningful way to communicate.
This material includes four illustrated postcards inspired by London, France, the United States and Japan, helping children identify the different parts of a postcard and understand how it is used. After the presentation, children are invited to write their own postcards to share ideas, experiences or messages with family and friends, giving writing a genuine purpose. Montessori Purpose: To understand the structure and purpose of a postcard while developing written expression through authentic communication.
